I Reinstalled the App
If you have reinstalled the game, as much as we would like to help, we won't be able to restore your progress through the game, since we don't a feature that make it possible to save the game.
Our Core Team is currently working on a new update that in future will make it possible to sync and save your progress.

Blocks Are Disappearing
If the blocks placed in your village are disappearing, please try closing the app from the background and restarting your device. Please note that it may take a while for blocks to appear depending on your device and internet connection.
