We are extremely and sincerely sorry for the undelivered purchase.
We will do our best to investigate this issue to find the cause of the problem, but in order to do that, we need you to reach out for us via in-game support, ok?

Once you're there, we will need some important information, such as:

  • Did you receive an error message when making the purchase?
  • When did it happened?
  • Would you be able to tell us the approximate time it happened?
  • Would you be able to send us the full receipt of purchase from Google Play (Android) or Game Center (iOS), containing the Transaction code starting with GPA and the purchased item's details?
