Items bought through downloadable games (in-app purchases) are generally non-refundable. However, there are special cases where refund is granted and it is done by Apple's or Google's support teams that handle the transaction process.

To request a refund, please:

1. Go to Apple's reports page
2. Log in with your Apple ID username (usually your email address) and password
3. Select the Apps tab
4. Find the purchase you want refunded
5. Select Report a Problem right next to Purchase
6. Select the reason why you are requesting the refund
7. Fill in the description box with the explanation
8. Click Submit
