If your artwork is not properly saved and the app/connection is interrupted for some reason, the image may be lost. We kindly ask you to close the app (press the Home button twice and slide the app to close it in an iOS; use the App Manager to close the app in an Android) and reopen it to check if the image is restored.

To prevent losing your image in the future, make sure you have enough storage on your device and that your internet connection is stable.
