In order to make an in-app purchase, we connect you to your device's store (Apple, Google). When this happens, if there is even a slight connection problem, the communication with the store may fail, and some of the payment information may be lost mid-way. If the message is lost in the middle of its journey, it may never get to our server, which will result in the contents of the purchase not being delivered.

The first thing to note is that purchases shouldn't take more than 24 hours to be credited to your account. If it has been over 24 hours and you still do not have the item you purchased, please submit a ticket to our support team under the following category:

Please make sure to provide the following information in your ticket:

  1. The date and time your purchases were made
  2. The receipts for your purchase(s)
