📧 Submit a Ticket

If our FAQ does not include an answer to your question, or if you want to report a problem with the game, you can contact us from inside the Sniper3D app. Please follow the instructions below:

1) Open Sniper3D
2) Tap on OPTIONS
3) Tap on HELP
4) Tap on any section
5) Tap on any article within the section
6) Tap on the chat bubble at the top right
7) Select your issue category & issue type

🛒 Purchase Issues - Issues related to spending currencies or making in-app purchases
👑 Subscription - Anything related to Premium, Premium Plus, or the free trial
🔧 Technical Issues - Connection, freezing or hardware problems
📣 Report Player or Squad - Report a player for breaking our Terms of Service
🧙 Account Issues - Issues related to your account access, such as lost accounts and appeals
🎮 Gameplay Issues - Any issues relating to game modes, features and/or rewards

Once you've submitted a ticket, a support specialist will get back in touch with you as soon as they can. In the meantime, you'll receive a ticket number. Make sure to save that number in case you need to reference the ticket in the future.

Lastly, make sure to enable app notifications from Sniper 3D if you want to get notified whenever you receive a response to your ticket.
