If you found that your username was changed to ‘NAME VIOLATION’, it means that your original username was found to be in violation of our Fair Play & Safety Policy.
A non-exhaustive list of what we consider to be in violation can be found here.
Wildlife reserves the right to take all needed measures (without prior notice) in cases of any misconduct. That includes and does not limit to:
- Temporary game suspensions
- Permanent game account closure
- User or Club name changes
- Facebook account disconnections due to violating profile pictures
- Revoked in-game currency or items
You can contact Player Support requesting a name change. When submitting a ticket, please include what name you would like to have your account changed to, ensure it is spelled correctly and doesn't go against our Fair Play rules.
If you do not include the name that you wish to have the account changed to, your ticket will be automatically closed without a response.
