An unstable internet connection, or the lack of it, can cause a delay in your purchase delivery.

If you have recently made a purchase but you didn't receive the items, please follow the steps below:
  1. Make sure your internet connection is stable, restart it if necessary.
  2. Check if your payment was completed by verifying if a receipt was sent to your email. You should receive a receipt on the same email address used as your Google Play/Apple ID account. If you didn't receive a receipt, the purchase may have not been completed and you may not have been charged.

  3. Close the game and reopen it to check if the items were delivered.

If you've followed the steps above but you still haven't received the items, contact our support team so they can help you. First, tap on your profile picture (right beside your trophies number), then on "Settings" and then on "Customer Support".
