I need to talk to someone!

It is easy to find us in-game!

If you're in your internet browser now, you'll have to open your game first. Then, tap on the Settings (gear icon on the top right corner of the main screen). After this, tap the "Need Help". You'll then find the same articles you did on our website version.

Now, tap on the Chat icon (Android version) or Contact Us button (iOS version), on the top right corner, and you'll talk to our automated bot! He'll let you know the next steps. ;)


Is your game closing on its own?

If you cannot open the game and access the in-game support, please check the article "My game keeps closing by itself" in our Web Version FAQ for troubleshooting assistance.
