The Tournament/Championship is a special event that occurs from time to time. It lasts for 4 days - the first two days are the Qualifying Round, while the last 2 days are the Final Round.
During the Qualifying Round, you will play battles and achieve a good score while competing against other players in a group. Each group has up to 20 players, and only half of the group will be classified for the Final Round.
Once the time counter reaches 0 the Qualifying Round ends, and your current score is processed. Your total score is the sum of 10 qualifying battles scores. You do not get any score points for battles you haven't played.
If you are not satisfied with your scores, you can use the Try Again option. It will allow you to replace your scores and get a better ranking if you get a higher score! If you use the "Try Again" and get a lower score than before, your points will not be replaced. You can use the Try Again option as many times as you want; just keep in mind that it will cost more with every time you use it.
A maximum of 20 players will be competing for 10 spots in the final round, consisting of 10 rounds. If the qualifying round was formed by less than 20 players, the number of players that will be qualifying for the final round will always be half the total number of players rounded up (the top scorers).
When you enter a specific tier in the Championship, you must use a tank in that tier. If you enter the Tier 5 Championship, you must use a Tier 5 Tank. You can only enter one Championship per event.
Please note, power ups of a particular tier can only be used in that tier. This means you can't use Tier 8 power ups if you are competing on the Tier 5 Championship.
You can earn a Championship Medal by ranking high in the Championship, and the medal is displayed in your player profile. However, the Championship event does not have a defined frequency, and Medals are temporary. This means that the Medals will only be displayed in your profile until the next Championship event starts. Once it does, the Medal you previously owned will be lost.
- To earn a Gold Medal, you must finish 1st place in Tier 2 to 9 Championship!
- To earn a Silver Medal, you must finish 2nd place in Tier 2 to 9 Championship!
- To earn a Bronze Medal, you must finish 3rd place in the Tier 2 to 9 Championship!
- To earn a Star Shield Medal, you must finish 4th-10th place in Tier 2 to 9 Championship!
- To earn a Plain Shield Medal, you must finish 11th-25th place in Tier 2 to 9 Championship!
- To earn a Winged Gold Medal, you must finish 1st place in the Tier 9 Championship!
- To earn a Winged Silver Medal, you must finish 2nd place in the Tier 9 Championship!
- To earn a Winged Bronze Medal, you must finish 3rd place in the Tier 9 Championship!
If you survive until the Final Round, you might also get rewards depending on your position! These prizes can include coins, diamonds, powerups and exclusive customizations. The customizations come in 6 different tiers, with an increasing stat score that depends on the championship tier you won. Each customization can only be used in the corresponding tier tank (if you win a tier 5 tournament pattern, you can only equip it on a tier 5 tank).
If there is a situation where both players have the same score, the player who scored the most kills in a single battle will be placed higher. For example:
- Players A and B get 30 kills in 3 battles
- In battle 1, 2 and 3, player A gets 10 kills in each battle
- In battle 1, player B gets 30 kills and 0 kills in matches 2 and 3.
- Player B will be placed ahead of Player A, as they got more kills in just one battle in comparison to player A
