If you recently made a purchase with your credit card and didn't have the purchased item(s) credited to your account, please follow the steps below:
  1. Make sure you are logged in App Store/Play Store with the same account you used to purchase the item;
  2. Open the game's Settings;
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
  4. This will make the app connect to the app store and check for any items purchased with your account. If you have a subscription, this will also restore it in your account.

You can also check if the purchase was successfully completed. If a transaction is pending for any reason, you will not receive the items until the purchase is complete. To do so, check your purchase history and verify if the purchase went through:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Swipe up to Purchase History and tap it.
  4. Purchases are grouped by the date that they were charged to the payment method that you have on file. You might see a Pending section at the top of your history; these items haven't yet charged to your account.
  1. On your mobile device, open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap Menu (top left corner);
  3. Select "Account";
  4. Tap "Order history". You will be able to see if a purchase was canceled, for example.
