Subscriptions are directly linked to the account you use in Apple’s App Store and/or Google’s Play Store. This means that the subscriptions are linked to your account, and not to the game itself, and that we are unable to cancel it remotely. So, in order to cancel your subscription, you must access your account and terminate your membership.

When you acquire a subscription or a free trial, a pop-up message is displayed by the respective store informing the current value and stating that the subscription will be automatically renewed after that period, even if the app is deleted. iOS and Android devices work in different platforms, so there are specific steps for each type of subscription.

How can I cancel a subscription?

The cancellation of the subscription must be done directly on your device's settings through steps below, according to the platform:

iOS (Apple) -

1. On your iPhone, or iPad, Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID password.
3. Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
4. Tap the Bike Race subscription, then click on Cancel Subscription.

If you're being charged for a subscription, but you don't see it in your list of subscriptions, you may be logged in with a different Apple ID.
By following these steps you can also choose a different subscription offering, by clicking on a different offer. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Android (Google) -

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap Menu (left upper corner) and check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Click on Subscriptions.
4. Select the Bike Race subscription.
5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

Can I have a refund?

Items bought through downloadable games (in-app purchases) are generally non-refundable. However, there are special cases where refund is granted and it is done by Apple's or Google's support teams that handle the transaction process.
