Purchase delivery might delay or fail due to an unstable internet connection or the lack of it. However, it should be automatically downloaded once the connection is reestablished.

If you still have not received your purchase, we suggest making sure your connection is stable, closing the app, and reopening it.

You can also try to recover your purchase by restoring it from the game Shop. Just open the Multiplayer menu, click on the shopping cart on the left to open the Shop, and scroll to the right through all the bike options. At the end of the Shop menu you'll find the option to Restore your purchases.
