If you have synced your account through Facebook, Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS), you can easily recover your progress by going to Settings (gerar icon on the main screen) and tapping on "resync" on the same provider you synced with previously.
If you haven't synced your account, please contact us via in-game support,
we'll be glad to help you recover it, if possible! :)
