If you have synced your account through Facebook, Google Play Games or Game Center, you can recover your progress by going to Settings (gear icon) and tapping on "resync" on the same provider you synced with previously.

If you haven't synced your account, please send us a message via in-game support,
we'll be glad to help you recover it, if possible! ;)
