To check your receipts, follow the instructions below:
Apple (iOS)
- The full receipt of the purchase from App Store containing the Order ID, Document number, and the purchased item's details. Click here find instructions on how to retrieve it.
Google (Android)
- The full receipt of purchase from Google Play containing the Transaction code starting with GPA and the purchased item's details. Click here to find instructions on how to retrieve it.
